Loxanol® MI 6730
General
LOXANOL® MI 6730 is an aqueous solution of a cationic polymer based on polyethylene imine. It is a very effective adhesion promoter in multilayer packaging films manufactured by coating, lamination, extrusion coating or co-extrusion, especially in UV-curable systems, which often exhibit poor adhesion because of volume shrinkage. As a primer, it provides excellent adhesion; for example, water-based heat-seal lacquers on substrates like aluminum foil and OPP.
