Lupragen® N 105 - N-Methylmorpholine

Lupragen® N105 (NMM, N-Methylmorpholine) is a cyclic tertiary amine with an ether bond.

General

Lupragen® N105 belongs to the group of gel catalysts for polyurethanes. It is used as catalyst ranging from rigid to flexible foams (i.e. slabstock polyester foams).

Lupragen® N105 is also used as intermediate for fine chemicals, as solvent and base.

Lupragen® N105 is the starting material for NMMO (N-Methylmorpholineoxide) that is a solvent for cellulose extraction.
