Lupragen® N 107 - Dimethylaminoethoxyethanol

Lupragen® N 107 (DMEE, Dimethylaminoethoxyethanol) is a liquid tertiary amine with a free hydroxyl group.

General

As a tertiary amine Lupragen® N 107 is used as a broad range polyurethane catalyst. Like its sister Lupragen® N 205 (BDMAEE) it catalyzes predominately the blow reaction.

Lupragen® N 107 binds chemically with its free hydroxyl group into the polyurethane matrix and thereby stays in the foam. It is therefore usually described as “reactive” and "low VOC" catalyst.

Lupragen® N 107 main applications are spray foam and foams for packaging.
