N,N-Dimethylisopropanolamine (DMIPOA) is an aminoalcohol used as a neutralizing additive.

Coatings

DMIPOA is a performance neutralizing additive in waterbased coatings offering similar properties to AMP-95. It provides good solvation of carboxylated polymers. DMIPOA also functions as a codispersant for both pigment production and the millbase stage of paint manufacture.
