Basionics^™ LQ 01

General

Basionics™ LQ 01 is an ionic liquid with low viscosity and excellent thermal and mechanical stability. It is used as an additive for molding compounds and foams, for example in antistatic finishing of safety shoes.

Being classified non-hazardous, this product is suitable for use in coatings and foams with skin contact. Additionally it has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in food.
