Dibutylamine

Big volumes of DBA are used for the production of Agricultural Chemicals (e.g. Carbosulfan) and for the production of rubber chemicals (e.g. di-n-butylthiocarbamate thiuram). Other applications are the production of Dibutylethanolamine, a chemical used in coatings and paints, Tetrabutylurea, a solvent used in some hydrogen peroxide processes, and the production of catalysts and corrosion inhibitors.
