Lupragen^® N 107

Lupragen^® N 107 (DMEE, Dimethylaminoethoxyethanol) is a liquid tertiary amine with a free hydroxyl group. 

As a tertiary amine Lupragen^® N107 is used as a broad range polyurethane catalyst. Like its sister Lupragen^® N205 (BDMAEE) it catalyzes predominately the blow reaction.

Lupragen^® N107 binds chemically with its free hydroxyl group into the polyurethane matrix and thereby stays in the foam. Lupragen^® N107 is therefore usually described as “reactive” and "low VOC" catalyst.

Lupragen^® N107 main applications are spray foam and foams for packaging.
