Acronal® 5002
Acronal® 5002 is an aqueous dispersion of an acrylic ester copolymer, produced using vinyl ester and acrylonitrile, produced without the addition of APEO suitable as binder for a wide range of flooring adhesive applications.
General
Acronal 5002® is used to manufacture flooring adhesives for the laying of a variety of floor and wall coverings. The coverings are placed into the bed of adhesive before it has dried out completely. Adhesives based on Acronal® 5002 go off quickly and produce a very heat resistant bond. With Acronal® 5002 a broad adhesion spectrum is obtained. The dispersion is very suitable for the formulation of linoleum and rubber flooring adhesives.
