SmartvectorTM UV CE is a "smart", protective microsphere made of marine DNA and filled with vitamin E and C derivatives. It is sensitive to UV radiation and slowly releases its active ingredients via a membrane 10 to 90 um in size. when subjected to UV radiation (in vitro data ).
