General
Trimethylamine anhydrous is mainly used as a building block for crop protection, in the synthesis of ion exchange resins and for bactericides. Among the many other applications of trimethylamine are the production of various quaternary ammonium compounds, such as positively charged starch and disinfectants, catalysts and flotation agents.
