General
Is a novel latex polymer dispersion designed to be mixed with hot mix asphalt to produce a highly elastic modified binder with long term storage stability. It can be used to modify hot mix asphalt in order to meet modified binder specifications as well as to provide improvements in conventional properties such as increased softening point and decreased penetration.
