General

HYDROPALAT® WE 3320 is a clear to hazy liquid, nonvolatile, non-ionic surfactant. It is used in waterborne coatings as a wetting and dispersing agent for enhanced color development/acceptance and improved substrate wetting. This product has excellent pigment dispersing and stabilisation, enhanced color acceptance, and offers gloss improvement. HYDROPALAT® WE 3320 is APEO/HAPS free, has zero VOC, and is a good alternative to APEO. HLB ~14.
